Storms rolled through the Midwest on Wednesday, delaying and eventually stopping White Sox and Rangers in Chicago.
They'll play two today, with the first one at 5:10. There were only four pitches in the suspended game, so we get a full game here: a full game with two bad starters.
Chris Flexen gets the start for the White Sox and Texas has crushed this guy. Active Rangers have seven career home runs against Flexen and a combined OPS of .901!
Andrew Heaney starts for Texas and has a road ERA that's almost a run higher there than at home (4.41 vs 3.60). Opponents are hitting .276 against him on the road and just .203 at home. Oh, and he's allowed three or more runs in four of his last six starts,
Two bad pitchers. One who has historically been crushed by the other team.
What we do have is a heavy bet total. 20 of the 25 bets land on the over. The Sharks are circling the over here and I'm with the Sharks on this one. Ugly matchup. Bad teams. O8.5 for me.
